Earlier this month at SHRM India Annual Conference & Expo 2025 in Delhi, the conversations happening matched exactly why we picked that moment to launch SelectPrism.

SelectPrism is our new Agentic AI interview and hiring platform for enterprises. It brings intelligence, structure, and speed to talent decisions. And the timing worked because everyone was talking about skills transformation, workforce intelligence, and Agentic AI.

Why Agentic AI Matters for Hiring

What's Next

This launch is our first step in building Agentic AI across the talent supply chain. Eventually, these capabilities will extend to mobility, staffing, and workforce planning. We're rethinking how organizations connect people, skills, and opportunity.
